Meet
Dodger Roger
Senator Roger Marshall has a history of ignoring, avoiding, and dodging Kansans seeking answers. This is not about a single incident. It is about a record of disengagement that raises a basic question of accountability. Senator Marshall is so good at dodging Kansans that he even voted against funding for government transparency and accountability.
KANSAS DESERVES BETTER THAN A SENATOR WHO DODGES US.
-

Florida First
Senator Marshall says Kansas is home, but he owns a $1.2M waterfront home in Sarasota, Florida, where he spends significant time. Raising the question about where he actually spends his time and whose interests he puts first.
-

Missing in Action
It’s been over 465+ days since Senator Marshall held a public event open to all constituents. Since then, his appearances have been closed-door events. Senator Marshall’s campaign even states his appearances are for “GOP friends and to not leave room for disruption.”
-

Turning Away Kansans
Senator Marshall refused handwritten postcards from Kansans urging him to hold a public event. These were real, personal requests from constituents who just want the chance to speak with their senator.
-

Closed Doors, Empty Offices
Senator Marshall’s staff won’t even meet with Kansans. After several attempts to schedule an appointment, volunteers found his Wichita and Overland Park offices empty when they delivered more than 3,850 signatures asking Marshall to hold a public event.
SENATOR MARSHALL’S TRACK RECORD
Families across Kansas are struggling with the rising costs of groceries, gas, and health care. Rural hospitals are fighting to stay open, and our public schools remain underfunded. Hardworking Kansans are being asked to do more with less, and at the same time, Dodger Roger Marshall continues to vote for policies that hurt Kansans and benefit only his political donors and allies.

Sponsored legislation that would block states from setting their own animal welfare standards for farm production, including livestock confinement rules; overturning state protections for rural and small farms that follow higher standards to compete in the marketplace.

Roger Marshall's dodges have real consequences for our state. We're here to make sure every Kansan understands that.
Time and again, Kansans have sought answers through town halls, petitions, rallies, and events, only to be met with silence. The question remains: Who is Senator Marshall willing to answer to? Because it sure isn't Kansans.
